Hello,hello!!...

My last one for today.

An elegant card.

As I work with wedding accessories, I do like to make more elegant cards sometimes....

I love cutsie , but I like elegant too.

On this one, I have used the same watercolour stamping plus embossing technique.

I think this medallion stamp from Stampin'Up is perfect for the job, don't you?

I went for delicate pink/white/grey because....

they are so chic together!!

Sou eu de novo!!..

Meu ultimo de hoje.

Um cartao elegante.

Como eu trabalho com acessorios para noivas (sim, eu faco tiaras,arranjos,etc..)

eu gosto de fazer cartoes elegantes de vez em quando...

Adoro o cuti-cuti, mas gosto tambem do elegante.

Neste cartao, use a mesma tecnica de carimbar com aquarela e 

carimbar com embossing powder por cima.

Esse carimbo de medalhao e' perfeito para essa tecnica voces nao acham?

Fui de pink/branco/cinza porque...

eles sao chiqueterrimos juntos!!

Sunshine To My Soul Card

It's me again,

 with my second card for today!

I have used the technique of heat emboss stamping over watercoloured image.

You can see this technique over to PTI blog.

(link in the end of this post)

The photo doesn't show really good but, 

those white fluffy things in the garden are actually cute little light blue flowers!

I promise you they look really pretty in real life : )

Agora e' a vez do meu segundo cartao de hoje.

Usei a tecnica de carimbar a imagem com aquarela e em seguida, carimbar a 

mesma imagem com embossing powder branca.

Essa tecnica esta' bem explicada no video da PTI

A foto nao mostra muito bem mas, 

essas coisinhas brancas,meio fofas que aparecem perto da cerca branca

sao flores azul-claro bem pequenas!

Sao flores muito delicadas e eu prometo a voces,

sao muito lindas a olho nu : )

What's Up Card

Hello Friends!!

How are you spending your long weekend off?

I know what I am going to be doing A LOT....

Crafting!!

My studio is my sanity.

Better than therapy!

So, let me show you my cards for this week.

My first one is this fun card.

I have used the new circle dies from Simon Says Stamps and the giraffe image from

Avery Elle.

This stamp set is too cute!

I had to make a little surgery on her neck to accomplish my design and 

for  a bit of fun!

Entao, vou postar alguns dos cartoes que fiz ontem.

Meu primeiro e' este aqui, 

muito divertido de fazer.

O carimbo da girafa e' adoravel.

Tive que fazer uma cirurgia no pescoco dela, para acomodar o meu design

e tambem porque a mensagem do cartao fica mais divertida!

Happy Spring Card 2

And this is my last card for this week.

I have used the inked background on embossed image.

Then, I paper pieced some bits of the flower to add some dimension 

to the top of the card.

I really love this stamp set fro PTI.

E este e' o meu ultimo cartao da semana.

Usei a mesma tecnica de esponjeamento sobre embossed image.

*pra' quem nao conhece essa tecnica, eu posso fazer um post explicando com detalhes

e' so pedir*

Depois, recortei partes da imagem e aderi sobre a flor para dar dimensao na parte superior do cartao.

Adoro esse carimbo da PTI.

Happy Spring Card

This is a card that came to be after a mistake.

My initial idea was to die cut the butterfly and use only the negative part of it,

but the cardstock was too thick for the die

and didn't cut the body of the butterfly.

So, I used the mistake for my benefit and changed my design a bit.

Este cartao aconteceu depois de um erro.

Na verdade, eu queria cortar a borboleta e utilizar somente o negativo dela mas,

como o papel era muito grosso, o die nao cortou o corpo

da borboleta.

Entao, usei essa falha em meu beneficio

e mudei o design do cartao so' um pouquinho.

I like that, the body is embossed and you can still see it.

The same die on the front of the card was used on the inside

and with a little alteration it became 

a flower!

See The Flowers Smiling Card

Hi Lovely!

I have another card using the inked background technique.

This time I have stamped and embossed in clear embossing powder

and then, sponged to get this effect.

For a especial touch,

I had to add my little glittery circles!

I love adding glitter to my project.

*Minha amigas brasileiras, 

me desculpem se eu escrever aqui palavras que nao existem.

Estou a muitos anos fora do Brasil e as vezes me pego esquecendo o portugues....

Entao, se por acaso eu escrever alguma errada, eu prefiro pensar que estou inventado uma palavra nova : )

Have A Joyous Easter Card

Hello,hello!!

This time I have a card with inked background.

Never done this technique before..

I quite like it now!

I found it hard to sponge ink in a uniform way,

but I like the organic look of my inking : )

Isn't this impressions plate from PTI fab?

I added some gold glittery paper little circles to look like glare from the

sunshine.

Oi gente!

Desta vez estou aqui com um cartao diferente.

Eu esponjei tinta no background.

Achei complicado espalhar a tinta uniformemente,

mas no final gostei do resultado...

o esponjeamento ficou bem organico e imperfeito.

Colei alguns circulos de glitter dourado para dar um efeito de brilho

dos raios de sol.

Plant Smiles Card

Hi Friends!

I'm here with more cards.

This one is a trifold card. Well I call it trifold, but 

it actually has  2 folds and 3 panels...

I love those Sizzix dies!

I collect them all,because I think they are great 

and I know I am going to use them a lot.

Um cartao com tres faces.

Adoro cartoes assim pois sao divertidos e eu

acho que sao uma opcao diferente....

variar e' bom!

 I used a combination of Large/Medium/small patterned papers.

I totally agree with Kristina Werner...

the card looks much nicer if I have a balance between those patterns

Combinei motivos de pattern papers- Grande/Medio/Pequeno.

Fazendo essa combinacao,o cartao fica mais harmonioso.

Life Is Sweet Card

 Hello my friends!

I'm here for another challenge over PTI Make It Monday Challenge- Clear Card Base.

I had a hard time making this card...

and after lots of fails

this is what I came up with!

Estou aqui para mais uma participacao no challenge da PTI Make It Monday.

Achei bem dificil esse desafio....

dobrar a folha de plastico,colar o papel nesta folha sem danifica-la, 

enfim, foi uma tarefa complicada...

e depois de muitas tentativas e derrotas

cheguei a este resultado final.

Birthday Card For My Son

Today we had the most beautiful sunny day here in London!

People....I SAW THE SUN!! 

The sun does exist!...

It was my son's birthday last Saturday and

I made this card for him.

Hoje tivemos um dia lindo e ensolarado aqui em Londres!

O sol existe mesmo!....

Foi o aniversario do meu filho no sabado passado

e eu fiz este cartao pra' ele.
