Hi my friends!

I'm here to post my third card of the week.

This one was super fun to make and is my kind of thing!

Love-love-love paper piecing those cute Lawn Fawn critters.

I tried to make it clean and simple by not adding too many images 

and just a simple sentiment.

And boy oh boy do I like this shade of blue!

Hoje estou postando o meu terceiro cartao da semana.

Amei fazer este aqui pois tem tudo do que mais gosto,

paper-piecing (usar varios papeis decorados para fazer o colorido dos carimbos)

Tentei com muito esforco faze-lo clean and simple

colocando somente algumas imagens e um sentimento bem simples.

Gente, voces acham que eu gosto deste tom de azul??

Had a bit of rest from my blog.... and from work too.

Recovering from a bad chest infection.

My favourite ink has to be Jet Black from Archival Ink.

Be The Star That You Are Meant To Be Card

Hello Crafty Friends!

Enjoying the long weekend?

Here's my card.

A masculine one this time.

Used the ink blowing technique....easy and effective!

Just a drop of ink and a straw to create a design by blowing the ink to the direction you want.

The sentiment was heat-embossed in black on to a strip of vellum paper.

Ola pessoal!!

Estamos aqui aproveitando este feriadao de Maio!

E aqi esta' o meu cartao....desta vez um masculino pra' variar.

Usei a metodo da tinta e do canudinho....muito facil e o efeito e' muito legal!

Apenas pingue uma gota de tinta no papel e com um canudinho 

voce assopra a tinta na direcao desejada,

criando assim um design interessante.

O sentimento foi carimbado com estampagem a quente (heat- embossing) numa tira de papel vegetal.

 All the stars were  heat-embossed in white on to a dark blue cardstock.

I Thought of You...Card

Hello!

I'm here with my second card of the week!

This was so much fun to make...

Creating a little scenery on my cards is my favourite thing to do!!

Isn't this little birdie adorable?

The picture doesn't show really well but, 

I have spritzed some grey ink on the "moon" to give it some colour.

Oi gente!

Estou aqui com o meu segundo cartao da semana.

Adorei fazer este aqui...gosto muito de criar cenarios nos meus cartoes.

Acho que e' a coisa que mais gosto de fazer com as minhas criacoes.

Voces nao acham esse passarinho a coisa mais fofa?

A foto nao mostra muito bem mas,

eu esborrifei tinta cinza na 'lua' para dar uma cor a ela.

 The card picture shows a bright blue, but in real life it's more of a green-blue.

All the blues and greys were pretty much based on the Mood Board by WPlus9 Challenge.

It was very sunny this morning when I was taking the pics....

Hello You Card

Hello Friends!!

I've been very busy with my work lately and I am finding it quite hard

to find the time to craft... : (

I know....we all have busy lives!..

Somehow, I managed to make my cards for this week.

My first card is this one using the perfect pearls on the background.

I didn't want the card to look too dark

so, I decided to show only part of the dotty background.

I've added a bit of dimension to the cream panels and

to the trees as well.

I love my dimensional adhesives!

For my card base, I've used craft cardstock.

I think any card looks great with craft cardstock base, don't you?

Eu ando meio atolada de trabalho esses dias e estou achando dificil encontrar

tempo para brincar com os meus papeis.... : (

Eu sei...todos temos vidas corridas!...

Mas...consegui terminar os meus cartoes desta semana! 

Esse meu primeiro teve o background (fundo) dele feito com 'perfect pearls'.

Tem um video que explica a tecnica no link da PTI no final deste post.

E' um video em ingles,mas se voce tiver alguma duvida, terei o maior prazer em ajudar : )

Nao queria que o cartao ficasse muito escuro, entao decidi expor somente parte do

background de bolinhas.

Coloquei dimensao nos paineis e nas arvores.

Adoro os adesivos dimensionais!

A base do cartao foi feita com cartao de cor craft (natural)

Eu acho que qualquer cartao fica legal com essa cor como base, nao acham?

Flying By To Say Hi Card

Hi there,

Because my theme this week is cityscape,

I have my second card here for you.

My card was inspired by the colourful houses in Murano-Italy.

I have heat embossed the house images and then coloured it  with my

Stampin'Up markers.

Gotta love those markers...

they got the prettiest colours you can think of!

This stamp set from Lawn Fawn (Flying By) was a gift

from lovely Louise from Make The Day Special.

Como o meu tema esta semana e' cidade,

estou postando aqui o meu segundo cartao .

A inspiracao foram as casa coloridas de Murano na Italia.

Desta vez, eu carimbei a imagem de cidade com embossing ink e depois

passei embossing powder branca.

Em seguida, pintei com as canetinhas da Stampin'Up.

As cores dessas canetinhas sao do outro mundo!!Lindas!!

Esse carimbo de aviaozinho de papel, foi um presente da querida Louise do Make The Day Special.
